  • Your loved one's ashes are returned home in your choice of a hand potted urn, a white cast metal urn, or a wooden memorial box with a gold colored plaque.
  • We guarantee that you will receive all of and only your pet’s ashes.
  • A paw print, a lock of your dear friend’s hair and a certificate of cremation is returned with their ashes.
  • Special upgrade pricing if you choose an alternative memorial from our extensive range.

 

Viewing of cremation

Pets in Peace have an open door policy at our crematoriums. We have a special area at our crematorium where you may safely watch the start of your pet's cremation should you wish to. There is small fee of $80 for this service. This includes time for the family to say their goodbyes in our viewing room prior to the start of the cremation. Please contact us if you are interested in this service and we will arrange a time to suit you.

 

Viewing with same day collection of ashes

If it is important for you to have your pet cremated and their ashes home with you on the same day as the cremation we can assist you. There is a fee of $120.00 and the cremation process will take between 2 and 3 hours. Please contact us for more details.

 

Larger pets

A surcharge of $45.00 applies for cremation of pets that weigh more than 60kg.

 

Travel fees

A small transfer fee may apply outside the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Sunshine Coast areas. Please ask us if a travel fee is applicable to your area.

 

After hours charges

Pets in Peace normal business hours are Monday to Saturday 8.00am to 5.00pm, excluding public holidays.  Emergency staff are on call to provide a 24 hour service.  An after hour fee will be charged for transfers or return of ashes outside of normal business hours.
